On the week that you choose to host, Nick will have all the submissions forwarded to you. They usually show up Wednesday night (you lazy good for nothing...).
Then, you write a blog which links to all the submissions. You don't have to get fancy, but it's fun to try. Check out some of the previous entries to see what people have done in the past.
We've had audio carnivals, musical carnivals, birthdays, holidays... You name it.
