A Summons on Your Cell Phone?
A summons on your cell phone? South Korea is about to start sending legal notices to citizens on their mobile phones. They say it will cut down on errors caused by address changes, costs less, and is more private. I wonder how they plan to track people's phone number when they change service plans.
