Blogger Audio #9

DISASTER! We recorded alomst an hour with Fred from Real Debate Wisconsin, and we snuck his wife onto the program! We even talked to Patrick "off the air".

After spending two hours chatting with bloggers, I've managed to record a total of zero minutes of audio. And, it's all MY FAULT! I was trying to fix the difficulties we had with last week and forgot to reconnect my recording device! This is the downside of playing the dual role of voice "talent" and producer, I guess.

The good news is, I'm starting to get a handle on the technical stuff. The mixer is more or less taken care of now. You wouldn't believe how many adapter plugs I've had to invent to get it just right. And now we have dial-in/dial-out capability, so we can talk to almost anyone! In fact, Jenna suggested that we start prank calling some bloggers who won't play nice with us.

I have this deleted scene from week two to offer as a sacrifice to Murphy's Law. It's a conversation between Jenna and myself over abortion. You get to listen to me waffle as Jenna grills the heck out of me.

Update: This being April 1st, I wish that I could say the lost podcast is just a prank. It's not. I promise that we'll make up for it and maybe, just maybe, we'll get Fred's wife back on.
