Kids are so Darned Stupid
Apparently, the new fad in ring tones is a high-pitched sound that only young ears can hear. The tone was originally developed to chase teenagers out of stores, while still allowing adults to shop.
Now, the wireless generation is using the sound as a ring tone to discretely send messages to one another during school. Since the tone is difficult for adults to hear, the ring is virtually silent to teachers.
Clever, right?
How about putting the phone on vibrate and saving yourself (or your parents) the download fee? Dumbass!

2 Amendments:
The dumbass is the teacher who doesn't notice the kids whipping out the cell phones.
How about because the vibrator uses more battery life than a ring tone?
How about because you can't feel a vibrator if its in a backpack?
How about because you don't always feel a vibrator even if it's in your pocket depending on how it sits?
Huh... if you type vibrator enough times... you suddenly feel a little dirty. Its kind of cool.
