PSA: Check Your Ammo
We need to have a serious talk, Milwaukee. Are you ready to admit that we have a stray bullet problem? I think the recent incident involving a young girl on the south side ought to be enough to convince you that something's wrong. We must act now to prevent more of the same.
Stray bullets damage property and can even hurt or kill innocent people. Stray bullets are of no use to anyone. They must be controlled, and I have some ideas:
1. Spay or neuter your bullets, to control the ammunition population.
2. Call upon the city's leadership to sponsor an "adopt a bullet" program in gang infested areas. Many gang members are experienced bullet breeders, I'm sure that they would make the best homes for strays.
Are you thinking that my ideas are too extreme? Crazy? Pointless?
How are they any less productive than the typical response out of the apologists for this type of tragedy?
If you're thinking of flaming me on this post, have your counter-proposal ready. I'm not about to let you call me an idiot unless you give me your idiot ideas to support your arguement.

I kind of skipped ahead in your post, because I have a tendency to skim rather than read, and I saw "Spay or neuter your bullets..." and got my vodka tonic up my nose.
