Do NOT rush out to buy a Playstation 3.
One hopeful consumer/reseller/scalper was injured today at a West Bend Walmart.
A store manager informed the waiting crowd that there were only ten consoles available and the first ten people to occupy chairs placed outside the store would be allowed to wait for a PS3. A nineteen year-old man ran into a pole, while making a mad dash for one of the seats.
Haven't we been through this before? I think you're better off ordering a unit online and hoping that is arrives before Christmas. Sony is ramping up production already, I'm sure that more units will be available soon. And, if you're really patient the PS3 will cost half as much next year.
