There are two idiots with way too much free time on their hands.
C'mon, Fred. That was cool, and you know it!
Probably used a grant from the federal government to finance all of it.
I'm sure that the Diet Coke and Mentos Manufacturers were more than happy to supply the products.No Federal money required.
