Now What?
January 4th, 2007-11:09 pm by sub2changeAm I the only one who doesn’t really think much of all the hype surrounding the “first female speaker of the house?” I understand this is history making and all, but from here on out it’s the answer to a trivia question.
It’s only a little more interesting than George W. Bush being the first president inaugurated with his former president father in attendance… Hey! You’re still awake, right?
For super bonus points, name the first video ever played on MTV.
Forgive me, but I went to public school. They taught us that boys and girls are equal and we can all grow up to be president some day if we want to. It’s really not such a big deal that it hasn’t happened yet, because it will some day.

First video on MTV? Give me something hard. “Video Killed the Radio Star.” A better question is what prog-rock band did the leader of The Buggles sing lead for? And you can’t search Google, not that I’m watching. I leave that to President Bush and the NSA.

The answer would be “Video Killed the Radio Star”… and I remember watching it to.

It’s the trivia question everyone knows the answer to, isn’t it.

No, who caught Brett Favre’s first pass is the trivia question everyone knows.

This is a trick question, right?
He caught his own pass, and he’s been a one man team ever since.

The better MTV question is, “What was the first video played on MTV Europe?”
