Twelve years ago on this day, August 29, Skynet became self aware. God save us all!
Incidentally, that means Terminator 2 is MORE than twelve years old. Those fancy computer graphics are looking really dated now.

Now that the digital TV transition has passed, what will I do with all this bottled water and freeze-dried food?

When I saw this the tiny voice in my head who’s really fun at parties said, “now with pulp!”

Is this the new logo for From Where I Sit, or a new health care initiative by the Obama administration?

Stolen from Daily WTF.

I’ve mentioned once before that the world inside my head can be a strange and interesting place. I had a dream a few nights ago which proves my point. I’d like to describe it in detail because it was so vivid and odd, but I’m afraid of giving some sicko ideas. The dream involved a terrorist attack carried out without any weapons or explosives.
When I woke up I had a couple of thoughts:
- I must need to get more sleep.
- That could actually work. But, only a domestic crackpot would settle for something so bland.
- How can I blog this without sounding nuts or attracting unwanted attention?
