Drinking Right/Liberally

May 7th, 2007-6:00 pm by sub2change

Come to Drinking Right this week. We will be circulating a card for Charlie Sykes.

I also plan to stop by Drinking Liberally in case anyone there would like to sign the card.

You can also email me a message for Charlie if you’d like to be included and can’t make either event.

It’s Official

May 3rd, 2007-12:05 pm by sub2change

Micheal McGee(s) will say anything to be heard, no matter how tasteless, untruthful, or offensive.

I haven’t heard the quote, only a summary from a good source. I’m going to follow Patrick’s lead, in not repeating what I was told.

McGee should be ashamed of himself and I certainly hope that what goes around comes around.

Get Human

March 30th, 2007-10:43 am by sub2change

Charlie Sykes did a topic on phone/customer support today. Yes, I called in. So watch his podcast section.

This is a good time to remind you all about the “IVR Cheat Sheet” or Human List. Use it next time you want a real person to talk to.

Charlie Sykes (Still) Hates Me

February 16th, 2007-9:12 pm by sub2change

Of course, those of you who were Cheddarsphere regulars about a year ago remember why. After that, I’m pretty sure Charlie went out of his way to avoid this blog.

I thought that all was forgiven by now, especially since Charlie plugged my Earthquakes of Milwaukee post. But, I was wrong.

Today, I was a caller on Charlie’s segment about celebrities who skip out on taxes by channeling their earnings through foreign banks.

I wanted to link to the segment here, to share my thoughts (insightful as they were) with you. Unfortunately, if you click the “U2’s Tax Dodge” podcast link on Charlie’s blog you’ll be directed to a blank page.

The dude is sticking it to me again, I know it!
