Well, not really. But, the developing story is almost as astounding. As the most powerful woman in the country, Nancy Pelosi wants to travel in style.
I suggest the aptly named “Fantasy Flyer” for its stylish looks and environmentally friendly fuel source.

Speaker Pelosi has banned smoking near the House floor, stating that “Medical science has unquestionably established the dangerous effects of secondhand smoke, including an increased risk of cancer and respiratory diseases. I am a firm believer that Congress should lead by example.”
Just a few quick thoughts:
1. The debate over second hand smoke hasn’t changed in 20 years. When did it become an unquestionable scientific fact? So far, the anti-smoking lobby is the source of most claims that second-hand smoke is as dangerous as say, sub-machine guns.
2. What happened to the 100 hours agenda? Have the Democrats gotten us out of Iraq yet? Do they already have an exist strategy? They must if they’re wasting time on this.
3. A few extreme cases have demonstrated harmful levels of second hand smoke. They were mostly people who worked long weeks in the constant presence of a heavy smoke environment. Unless congress changes their mind and adopts the five day work week, I don’t think they’ve got much to worry about.
